Building a Glassy Button in Expression Design

I've been pinging the designers at work, trying to get them to point me towards some good tutorials and online training. Today one of the guys sent me a link to a tutorial that teaches you how to build a glassy button using Illustrator in 3 easy steps. Now me, being the dork that I am decided to follow the tutorial but instead use Expression Design. Let's just say that it took longer than 3 steps, and I had to dig around and find different ways to get the same results. The long story is that I created one circle with a gradient fill instead of two circles with a blend. There's probably a better way to do what I was trying to accomplish, so I promise that as I go through more tutorials and learn the ins-and-outs of Expression Design I'll be sure to post what I've learned on this blog. The two glassy buttons which I've created are included below, as well as links to the .design files.
