Are you one of those folks just dying to play Halo 3 but can't because the wife won't let you get it? Well wait no more. Join me in attending this event on October 11th. There is a $25 entry fee. All proceeds are going to the American Diabetes Association. You do need to pre-register for the event (instructions here). It will be fun!
Hopefully this is obvious, but I probably should mention there are no guarantees that attending this event will help you convince the wife to obtain a copy of Halo 3 (and/or an Xbox 360 should you need one of those as well). However, I may have heard a rumor that some prizes may be given away. Now if you won a copy of Halo 3 then you only need to worry about getting the wife to let you keep it (remember, getting it in the house is only half the battle). I'm more than willing to vouch for anyone that they won their copy of Halo 3 and I'll even do it for free (even if it was purchased at Best Buy). The only catch is you have to show up for this event.
